Before moving to Westchester a few years ago, Blair lived on the upper east side where she  began her career teaching special education for the Department of Education before she transitioned to teaching kindergarten at The Ramaz School for six years.  Blair is now the special education coordinator at KTI Early Childhood Center where she oversees all the children who receive early intervention and cpse (committee of preschool special education) therapies. She coordinates parent meetings and serves as liaison for the parents.

Blair is a strong advocate that all children deserve to learn in an inclusive, supportive and differentiated environment.  She helps parents and her friends navigate the special education system to ensure every child gets the appropriate support they deserve.   Blair believes strongly in the importance of early childhood education and identifying ways to best address any physical, cognitive, communication, and social emotional delays early on.

Blair received her B.A. from New York University in Early Childhood Education and Special Education and her M.A. from Teachers College, Columbia University in Literacy.
